  1. Offer is intended for the recipient of the email or the person who clicks through the site extension, and the entity or business the recipient owns or is employed by, and may not be assigned to anyone else.
  2. Offer is only valid for any new subscription with a minimum of a 1GB Periodic Allowance license made by an Australian business customer employing fewer than one-thousand (1000) employees, and who do not have an active subscription with Nearmap Australia (“Eligible Customer/s”).
  3. Eligible Customer/s does not include:
    1. Nearmap customers with a current Nearmap subscription;
    2. government entities and their employees;
    3. customers on payment plans;
    4. customers that have outstanding or overdue payments; and/or
    5. any personal use.
  4. Offer is only valid for the period between 9:00am AEST on 2 June 2025 until 5:00pm AEST on 30 June 2025 (“Validity Period”).
  5. Offer must be redeemed by Eligible Customers by executing a Nearmap quote during the Validity Period and paying the Subscription Fees** by 7 July 2025.
  6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer via Nearmap unless agreed otherwise. Each Eligible Customer can only redeem the offer a maximum of once.
  7. Upon execution of a Nearmap quote, separate terms and conditions will apply to the subscription plan available and Nearmap products at the AU Agreements page and the AU Product-Specific Terms page.

*Periodic Allowance means the “Allowance” section on the Nearmap quote.
**Subscription Fees means the "Price" section on the Nearmap quote.
