- I consent and grant to Nearmap Australia Pty Ltd and Nearmap US, Inc. including its affiliates, successors and assigns (collectively, "Nearmap"), the right and exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license, to modify, display and otherwise use my personal information, opinion, and any other materials ("Materials") derived from my participation in any Nearmap User Testing experiment, for any purposes, in any manner, and such rights may be exercised without infringement of my moral rights.
- I agree that, except for my name, Nearmap will own the Material and all intellectual property rights subsisting in the Material, whether registered or not.
- I release Nearmap from any claims or causes of action that I may have arising out of the use of the rights granted under this Acknowledgement.
